I sit at the intersection of workforce development and data analytics β€” a combination most organizations desperately need but rarely find in one person. With over ten years building employer partnerships and workforce pipelines across the Rio Grande Valley, I know what the data looks like from the ground up.

At TSTC Harlingen, I lead employer-facing strategy across 16 technical programs β€” managing partnerships, tracking outcomes in Power BI, integrating AI tools into daily workflows, and using labor market intelligence to inform program alignment decisions. In parallel, I am completing my Master's in Business Analytics & AI at UTRGV (July 2026), applying machine learning, Python, and data systems directly to the workforce challenges I face in my role.
